Orlando or surroundings, It is all listed on E-design plus but we do the first meeting in person, take the measurements, collect some data for permits, do the quote based on the project taking in consideration all the paperwork (permit if necessary), labor (all installation quotes) and an idea of finishes (porcelain, plumbing and electrical fixtures and etc… than we send a contract, and if we are approved with a deposit we start the planning phase : All floor plans to submit to the county for approval – if required, or all floor plans to show space planning, 2D and/or 3D presentation to show our recommendations and get approval from clients; Once the materials are approved we place the orders and schedule deliveries; We supervise all material deliveries, schedule all inspections, and I supersive the labor myself checking with the clients on the weekly base, until completion of the work, when we do a final walk through and check on a final punch list. Depending on the size of the job, it might go from 6-12 months. Chances are, the clients also hire us to do their full service decoration. Every job is unique.
