The Valencia House

They contracted us since they signed their floor plans with the builders! We were their eyes and ears here in Orlando. We helped guide through all the steps from the construction of the house to the finishes. We followed up every week at the job site to make sure everything was done as they wished since they were not present. As every project has a challenge, this one was to make sure the builders understood that the house would be comfortable in every inch for Mrs Coutinho and for the grandkids that would vacation here. The house needed to be ADA approved for her access around her house specially in the kitchen, bathrooms, and outside access.

The Valencia House

They contracted us since they signed their floor plans with the builders! We were their eyes and ears here in Orlando. We helped guide through all the steps from the construction of the house to the finishes. We followed up every week at the job site to make sure everything was done as they wished since they were not present. As every project has a challenge, this one was to make sure the builders understood that the house would be comfortable in every inch for Mrs Coutinho and for the grandkids that would vacation here. The house needed to be ADA approved for her access around her house specially in the kitchen, bathrooms, and outside access.

We made sure to pay extra attention to every detail in every room: removed the carpet from the master bedroom, lowered the kitchen sink, added a ramp at the front porch and garage entry, the pool was the right fit for their family, and the summer kitchen had all appliances to gather them outside. One year after it was done, we embraced the project to furnish, add more lights, wallpapers, decoration accents … we also coordinated the exterior area remodel with summer kitchen, pool, screen and landscape!

We established a really good relationship, we visit them every month, they count on us for every service recommendation, we consider them our friends!
