The Studio Project
This family came to us looking for help to make their small studio as functional as possible for a family of 4 to stay while vacationing in Orlando, a more personal space that is cozy like their home. So practical, pretty and personal. From the existing mother-in-law suite structure, we remodeled the kitchen to accommodate a bigger fridge, cooktop and sink, and also added a custom quartz kitchen table big enough to fit 4 with a waterfall, the perfect compact size so it doesn’t overwhelm the space. We changed the kitchen area floors to vinyl so it is easier to maintain and visually separated the areas, and also added laundry appliances inside the closet.

The rest of the project was furnishing and accessories: a king size bed with 2 trundles underneath and a beautiful custom slatted wall with TV and desk table. They come to Orlando to visit once in a while, they have a very sophisticated taste and wanted to enjoy the city with their teenagers while here. The final result was a success, they extended their first holiday here and we got lots of compliments. The studio looked just like the owner envisioned! To me, that’s the best compliment ever, and what makes me like what I do. Now we are currently working on their house project, so many more beautiful results to come!
