The clients invested on a vacation home in one of the most famous complexes in Orlando, The Encore Resort, and wanted their investment to be comfortable. Every detail to be the owner’s taste and for their family to spend summers comfortably. The catch on this property was to create a cozy, private family environment during the summer, but the rest of the year, it was temporarily rented as a vacation home, which is a very common investment in Orlando.
We created a very neutral color palette, just what the owner likes, added some themed rooms like the Disney bedroom, Paris bedroom, and their movie lounge loft.

Throughout the house we used light colors to accomplish an elegant and charming decor. Their contract was a package deal that included furnishing, draperies, decor accessories, and most importantly, in compliance with the complex regulations. The whole project was handled online via email and by phone since the owners do not live locally, and when they came the first time, they sent me a beautiful message very satisfied with the results! They still say hi once in a while on Instagram.
