About E-Design
E-design allows our clients to be hands on for the entire project. This option is good for someone who needs a quick update, with little labor (maybe paint or wallpaper), and take advantage of some items they already have. This service is done completely remote, so whether you are local in Orlando or not, our team can still help you create your dream home. We can help with one room or the whole house.
Our designers will do an online consultation to discuss your dream home ideas, style, expectations, and budget.
The client will provide us with measurements and pictures of the space. From there, our team will create a 2D presentation with the discussed ideas put together. Our team will provide a list of professionals that will need to be hired for the project, as well as links for furniture and decoration pieces. A space plan is also provided so the client has the perfect idea of where everything goes and how it will look like.
About Full Service Remodel
Don’t want to be as involved and just want to be wowed? Our full-service remodel projects have our team on the ground, we do all the work related to remodeling. Our team will meet with you in person to discuss your dream home ideas, style, expectations, and budget. We will take the measurements, collect some data for permits, do the quote based on the project taking in consideration all the paperwork (permit if necessary), labor (all installation) and an we will help you select the finishes (porcelain, plumbing and electrical fixtures), prepare a budget list.
After our first meeting, all you do is sit back and let our team do the hard work. We place the orders and schedule deliveries; We supervise all material deliveries, schedule all inspections, and supervise the labor by checking in on a weekly base, until completion of the project. Remodeling can take approximately 8-24 weeks (depending on the size of the remodeling)
About Full Service Interior Decor
This includes remodeling and interior design. Our team will meet in with you in person to discuss the renovation and design ideas. Everything that is included on E-design and full-service remodel is also included here. Our team will handle permits, paperwork, budget, labor, finishes, deliveries, for the remodeling and decoration phase.Once the remodeling is finished we will help you find the best furniture, lighting and decor accents that will go along with your new house. From start to finish, you will be provided with floor plans, weekly check-ins to ensure everything is being done the way you dreamed.
